Slot Sheets
Yes!! I have set up a Yahoo account for the Post-production Team and the Drama Ministry. Why I've decided to merge the two ministries into one account is because you, as the Post-prod people, will need actors for your videos. Hence you will come through me for the actors.
Anyhoo, regarding slotsheets, there is a
calendar option on the account. You will see on Nov 27th an
example of what you should do. From now on,
you WILL be required to book the Macs for use. I will be labelling the Macs as soon as I've gotten the third one up and running, so booking them will be smoother.
How to do it:
i) Go to Yahoo.com
ii) Go to the mail option (Or anywhere that allows you to sign in)
iii) Use this information to sign in.

Also, pls fill in your
contact list on the account. This is because both the Post-Production Team and Drama Ministry will require close contact for any future projects.

Other stuff. Take note!!!!
a)Regarding Not Turning Of The Macs, here is the fine list. You will notice that it is very very
fineMacs: $10
Hard Disk Drive: $5
Speakers: $2
As of now, fines have already started coming in! So if you will want to prosper, you will take care of the equipment as well!
b) Anyone staying over, you will have to let Sky and myself know. More importantly Sky, because he is the
king of the premises.
Also, regarding the
keys to the Media Room, after staying over you will lock up, then place the keys in the
reception keys tray. This is so anyone using the room after you will not have to go on an easter-egg hunt for the keys.
c) And once again... Let Uncle Goh know when you want to withdraw materials from the DV Tapes Collections!!! HE IS THE KING OF MEDIA!

FX has done his first slower-paced, emotionally richer video. Well done. You are learning to vary your work. You are moving from your personal style and developing yourself.
Jeremy Chan's video has received glowing accolades from everyone I have met so far. You have pushed the entire standard of the Post Production up up up. Excellent job! To everyone... Up up up!!! Jeremy says his video will last for three years. Will you change it?? Be the one haha.
