Joanne has come forward to do the Attitude Award. I'll wait one more week before distributing all the wonderful videos. If anyone feels particularly towards any video, come forward and tell me.

Ordering of the Lacie
By the end of this week, may all your work be stored neatly into a personal folder on the Lacie. I don't want things lying all around the hard disk. So, come down before Sunday and work things out.
For those of you currently working on projects, place ALL your things into ONE folder on the computer. Don't let your mess spill out and affect the rest of the people who have to use the mac.
Finally, this goes without saying, but make sure your own folders are neat. When it is opened, everything should be ordered out, best would be by date and project.
All offending, stray items will be deleted.

New arrangement for the Lacie
Sky and I have been talking. Thing is, although we have a 1Tb storage disk, which is already going into the realms of computer madness, we have already used up more than half of it! In dota terms, that would be somewhat a mo-mo-mo-monster kill.
Hence, we will be trying something out once the Lacie is in order. We will want to only keep one hard copy(dvd) and one soft copy(exported productions) for each project done, and completely do away with the editable version, because it takes up way to much space. We will try this out for the older videos. If it is good, then we will implement it for all the other videos.
Also... From now on when we borrow movies, burn one copy via the Evolution TV and save it. There will be a new 'movies' folder in the Lacie. That way, we will always have a fat database of movies to extract footage from!

Slot Sheets
The advent of the new Mac will not really ease things out, as the number of projects running concurrently will keep increasing. Slot sheets are coming up soon. You will have to book your times and dates to use the macs.

Other stuff. Take note!!!!
a) When looking for footage for service, pls take from our new HD cameras!! Don't use the old ones alr. Let's use the best footage we can!!
b) Nowadays, when looking for tapes, pls go through Uncle Goh. He will be sorting out everything. Do NOT mess it up for him!! He is now the king of media. Give him due respect.
c) After using the macs, turn them off!! If you don't... $10 wil leave your side... You have been warned...
