Dear Post Production Team,

This is regarding the very urgent and awesome HEART AWARDS 2006! By the way, keep it to yourselves... This year's theme is..

UNLEASH

Please START coming up with your own personal ideas and video concepts! Why? Let me explain...

1-14 Oct
These will be our two planning+drafting weeks. Storyboard, write, draw, paint, take photos, MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!
We will need to prepare our ideas so that we will be able to come together and prepare them for the next stage of production.

15-21Oct
This will be a single week where Pastors and the Heart Award Team will come for an idea smorgasbord(buffet) and select the videos to be produced. We need to give them as much information as we can about our ideas, to make them solid and tangible so that Pastors and the leaders will understand our ideas and thus be able to make good decisions.

22Oct-23Dec
10 weeks of intense production. 'Nuff said.

24Dec-30Dec
Let's not touch this week this year. Really. Let's get everything done beforehand.

So go!! Run!! We have much work to do!

I will want to meet everyone sometime next week to ensure everyone is coming up with their own awesome ideas. Will inform you guys soon.
